Allison Schten supports businesses as they operate and grow internationally. A corporate lawyer, she advises on cross-border commercial transactions and corporate reorganizations, as well as foreign investment and antitrust matters, including Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS) filings, U.S. Hart-Scott Rodino (HSR) filings and foreign merger control filings. Allison also advises clients on U.S. export matters, including compliance with trade sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Clients come to Allison for assistance on forming, managing and dissolving foreign subsidiaries.
