He has successfully defended AmLaw 100 firms, international engineering firms and other clients in professional liability cases. A former partner at Faegre Baker Daniels, he served as professional responsibility counsel and claims counsel for the firm for several years.
For decades, David has represented oil and gas companies, utilities, hazardous waste facilities, energy industry executives and lenders in litigation relating to drilling operations, construction, operating agreements, contracts, radioactive waste and many other disputes. David litigates cases, handles appeals, serves as a mediator, represents clients in arbitrations and negotiates settlements in the best interests of energy clients.
