Overview
Jeff Thiede partners with clients to drive their business forward through commercial real estate ventures, transactions and asset management. Jeff has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, financing, joint venture and equity structuring, mezzanine financing, commercial leasing, and development.
Jeff's experience includes:
- Structuring real estate investments for investors acquiring, financing and disposing of investments in income-producing real estate assets, including structuring investments with partners and asset managers through the use of limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other pooled investment vehicles; these investments have included properties in retail, industrial, multifamily and office projects across the United States.
- Representing large corporate real estate users, in all aspects of corporate real estate issues.
- Representing lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial real estate financings.
- Representing owners and developers in all aspects of their real estate projects including acquisition, development, leasing, property management, and dispositions.
- Creating innovative solutions to development and pre-development real estate holdings through alternative financing options.
