James Wagner helps clients with complex commercial dispute resolution and international arbitration, across industries. In addition, James has experience in regulatory and competition law matters.

International Arbitration

James focuses on international arbitration and has represented clients in ICC and LCIA arbitrations, among others. He is also experienced in soft commodity disputes under the GAFTA arbitration rules and has obtained multimillion-dollar arbitral awards for food and agribusiness companies.

James has handled arbitrations touching entities from Russia to Malaysia.

Commercial Disputes & Regulatory in the U.K.

James has represented clients on a range of litigation, including breach of contract and other tort actions, distributor and partnership disputes, and public sector procurement challenges.

In regulatory matters, James has represented businesses in issues related to the Competition and Markets Authority and the Environment Agency and Trading Standards Department.
