Julie Weller assists corporate clients in the drafting and negotiating of automation, construction, design and procurement contracts. Julie has experience representing suppliers, end users, contractors and project owners in connection with both “traditional” construction projects across the country and automation and integration projects around the world. She frequently assists clients with the drafting and negotiating of terms and conditions, service agreements, and design-build contracts.

Julie also represents clients in real estate and construction litigation matters, including eminent domain and quiet title litigation and complex automation project disputes.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Julie was a deputy attorney general with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where she represented the State in eminent domain litigation and counseled independent contractors through real estate transactions for the Indiana Department of Transportation.

Personal Interests

Julie loves travel, reading, baking, classic films and listening to podcasts (especially true crime).
