Nikki Wethington counsels clients on a wide range of complex corporate and commercial transactions and advises on corporate governance and day-to-day business needs.

Nikki helps buyers and sellers close M&A transactions across many industries, including food and agribusiness. She assists clients in the formation of joint ventures, negotiation of seed and venture capital financing, and execution of internal tax restructurings and reorganizations.

Past Experience

During law school, Nikki worked as a summer associate at Faegre Baker Daniels. She also gained experience as a legal intern at a firm in Bloomington, Indiana, and as an extern at Indiana University Health.

Before becoming a lawyer, Nikki taught science in a high-need high school as a member of the inaugural cohort of Woodrow Wilson Indiana Teaching Fellows.
