Drawing from his experience in state and federal courts, David provides the insight to effectively advocate on his clients’ behalf at all stages of litigation.
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, David was a judicial clerk to the Hon. Judge Robert W. Pratt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, where he assisted with trial work and with appellate matters in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He previously served as a staff attorney at the Iowa Supreme Court.
