American Standard obtained a favorable judgment in an asbestos-related products liability action. In Tester v. American Standard, Inc. The Minnesota Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court's decision that asbestos defendant American Standard's fault was not aggregated before comparison to the plaintiff 's fault.
