Eighth Circuit Affirms Dismissal for Cable Franchisee in Case Brought by Public Access Programmer

A case brought by a public access programmer seeking to compel a cable franchisee to carry programming was dismissed after a preliminary injunction hearing. The dismissal was affirmed on appeal to the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Faegre Baker Daniels represented the cable franchisee.
