Seagate Technology Wins Defense Jury Verdict and Appeal in Patent Case

Seagate Technology hired our firm to defend against a billion-dollar patent infringement lawsuit brought by Siemens. The patent involved sensors used in read heads of hard disc drives. After a six-week jury trial, the jury found Siemens' patent invalid. The Federal Circuit affirmed the jury’s verdict.
