Wells Fargo Executives Defeat Employment Litigation

Wells Fargo won summary judgment for two executives sued personally for tortious interference and fraudulent misrepresentation by a discharged employee. The summary judgment was affirmed on appeal in Iowa state court. Our firm represented Wells Fargo in the case.
