A relator and numerous government entities brought a False Claims Act action against a large PVC pressure pipe manufacturer, alleging the defendant made and sold substandard plastic pipes that were later used to build water and sewer systems in several states. Tiffany Riffer represented the relator in the litigation in the Central District of California.
