Our firm represented the trustee in the Securities Investor Protection Act liquidation proceeding of MJK Clearing -- the second largest SIPA liquidation proceeding, involving approximately 175,000 customer accounts totaling in excess of $10 billion. Our lawyers investigated and pursued fraud claims against third parties that resulted in full payment of all customer and creditor claims and cash distributions to the owner of MJK Clearing.
