Fishermen and Gulf Workers Reach $7.8B Global Settlement Related to Oil Spill Damages

More than 1,500 shrimpers, oystermen, crabbers and finfishers experienced economic and property damages in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill of 2010. Our firm represented a large group of these and other Gulf workers and businesses to reach and administer claims under a global settlement agreement with BP valued in excess of $7.8 billion.
