IKEA Starts Construction on $40 Million Indiana Store

Our firm represented IKEA, the world’s leading home furnishings retailer, in its acquisition, zoning, planning and incentives in the City of Fishers, Indiana, for the IKEA store that opened in the fall of 2017. As its first store in the state of Indiana, the $40 million project increased the Swedish company’s presence in the U.S. Midwest.
