Cirrus Aircraft Successfully Reverses $10M Jury Verdict

Cirrus Aircraft successfully defended claims of breach of a non-disparagement contract made by its former CEO when the Minnesota Court of Appeals reversed a $10 million jury verdict. Our firm argued that the Court of Appeals should reverse the verdict as a matter of law because the plaintiff had not submitted sufficient evidence to establish damages to a reasonable degree of certainty.
