National Bank Resolves Interest in Bankruptcy Case Involving Public Housing

A major national bank resolved a complicated adversary proceeding in a bankruptcy case involving loan and escrow issues pertaining to a public housing complex with the guidance of Faegre Baker Daniels attorneys.
