Shipping Companies Resolve False Records Investigation

Farrell Lines, Inc. and DAMCO USA, Inc. settled for $3.7 million in penalties under the False Claims Act for submission of “recreated” supporting documentation to invoices to the U.S. Transportation Command. Jim Philbin represented the shipping companies in the matter.
