A leading international infrastructure developer/operator entered into a P3 transaction undertaken by the State of Indiana to construct and operate on an availability payment basis, a section of highway, financed by private activity bonds and institutional equity. Our firm represented the developer in the work-out and unwind of the P3 highway construction project.
