Product Liability Mass Tort Claim Reporting Under MMSEA Section 111

Our firm interfaces with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on behalf of certain clients that resolve mass tort claims in the product liability space. We assist such clients with outreach efforts to CMS related to reporting mass tort claims, negotiating the resolution of Medicare liens both on an individual and group basis, and requesting and maintaining extensions to report claims resolved with Medicare beneficiaries involved in mass tort settlements.
