In September 2018, Supervalu Inc. announced an agreement to sell 19 of its 36 Shop ‘n Save stores to St. Louis-based Schnuck Markets. Our firm advised Supervalu on the sale, which was part of Supervalu’s move to sell all of its Shop ‘n Save locations.
Stores sold to family-owned business Schnuck Markets include locations in the St. Louis area and Illinois, some of which included pharmacies and fuel centers.
