Women's Forum for Achievement

Women's Forum for Achievement

Faegre Baker Daniels is committed to advancing women in the legal industry. Women participate in every level of leadership at the firm—as members of the firm's executive committee, group and industry leaders, office managers, administrative directors, and committee chairs. Women are also among the most prominent members of the business and legal communities in all of the regions we serve.

Our firm has an active Forum that builds upon our collective intellectual capital to ensure Faegre Baker Daniels is a place where women develop their careers, practices and networks. Guided by a national steering committee, the Forum identifies opportunities for group networking, professional development and involvement in professional associations. It also provides a platform for women lawyers to build relationships, create business opportunities, increase professional advancement and achieve long-term success.
