Real estate associate Gracie Hyland has been selected as one of 14 associates from law firms across the country to participate in the 2024 U.S. Bank Spotlight on Talent program. The year-long cohort experience focuses on growing early-career attorneys through professional and leadership development.

This year’s program will kick off in Minneapolis at U.S. Bank headquarters with networking, leadership and goal-setting activities with bank attorneys, its general counsel, chief diversity officer and other bank leaders. Throughout the year, the cohort will participate in monthly events, including leadership meetings, practice group roundtables, mentoring and the opportunity to present a continuing legal education to the U.S. Bank Law Division. Spotlight participants will also strengthen their knowledge of the U.S. Bank business and develop stronger relationships with Law Division professionals through attendance at regular meetings.

Hyland partners with real estate stakeholders to pursue, negotiate and complete transactions. She has supported clients in transactions involving various types of real estate assets, including office, multi-family, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties. Hyland also gained experience representing clients on every side of commercial real estate transactions, including lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants.

Cohort participants have three to six years of experience and practice in an area relevant to legal services applicable to U.S. Bank business. The Spotlight on Talent program will conclude at the end of November.
