Overview

Brooke Dunn advises on public finance and housing matters. She counsels corporate and municipal clients on matters ranging from regulatory and legislative issues to bond financings. Additionally, she counsels private entities in dealing with government on matters such as incentives and public-private partnerships.
Brooke provides an inside perspective on business and finances as she helps create mutually beneficial partnerships among corporations, the public sector, and/or owners and developers of real estate.

Past Financial Experience

Prior to law school, Brooke worked in commercial lending and was an assistant vice president and business development officer in banking. In these roles, Brooke successfully helped expand the banks’ revenue streams and identify growth opportunities for clients’ businesses.

During law school, Brooke served as the revenue manager for the Gene B. Glick Company, where she managed and directed revenue maximization strategies for Glick's housing portfolio. She worked with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure the most effective balance for 20,000+ apartment units.
