Griffin Foster advises businesses on corporate governance and ongoing disclosure and periodic reporting requirements, including preparation of SEC reports. In addition, Griffin represents both issuers and investment banks in public and private debt and equity offerings, including underwritten public offerings, confidentially marketed public offerings, at-the market offering programs and private placements.
Griffin also represents developers, investment banks and lenders in project finance transactions, with a focus on utilizing tax-exempt bonds and federal loan guarantee programs in the alternative energy and renewable chemical industries.
