Overview

Practical. Efficient. Business-oriented. These qualities define the service Jennifer Miernicki brings to her clients and colleagues.

Jennifer partners with clients to book deals that achieve business goals and improve the bottom line. She relies on a firm grasp of the financial markets and legal documentation to craft workable solutions.

Jennifer represents commercial lenders and borrowers in syndicated, club, and single-bank transactions and leverages market expertise to the advantage of her corporate and tribal clients.

Commercial Transactions

Jennifer counsels commercial banks, financial institutions and non-traditional lenders in syndicated transactions, real estate and asset-based financings, and complex senior and mezzanine debt financings.

Although she primarily represents lenders, Jennifer also works with public and private companies to structure and negotiate credit facilities and other credit accommodations. She also helps corporate clients leverage balance sheet cash and available financing options to take advantage of M&A opportunities.

Indian Tribal Finance

Jennifer counsels lenders, tribes and tribal entities nationwide in Indian tribal finance. She analyzes tribal laws and federal regulatory frameworks, guiding clients through the quagmire of unique considerations that arise when doing business with tribal sovereign nations.
