With firsthand experience in both litigation and in-house settings, Melanie Pulles advises businesses on corporate law, contracts, transactions and growth strategies, and compliance and risk management.

Legal Clerkships

Melanie gained knowledge during a summer clerkship with Faegre Baker Daniels. Her time as Judge Susan Richard Nelson’s judicial extern provided insight into the judicial process, and she also clerked for the Office of the Federal Defender for the District of Minnesota.

In-House Internships

A legal internship with Wells Fargo provided Melanie with an opportunity to view the legal profession from the in-house perspective. She supported the legal department on legal issues affecting business lines. She also served as a regulatory and compliance intern for TCF Bank after working as a branch supervisor and sales associate for the financial institution.
