Cleaning Franchisor Achieves Withdrawal of Joint Employment Charge

A cleaning franchisor received a verified complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights charging the franchisor with unlawful discriminatory practices related to its franchisee’s use of background checks in the hiring process.
