Overview

From new regulations to the challenges of feeding the next generation of consumers, the food and beverage industry is in a state of constant evolution. Please join us for the 2017 Iowa Food and Beverage Summit, where industry thought leaders will meet to discuss timely legal and regulatory issues impacting food and beverage stakeholders, from field to plate.

This year’s summit will include the following presentations:

  • Generation M, Bill Even, CEO of the National Pork Board An update on the food and agriculture industry and a presentation on how millennials interact with food.
  • The Food Safety 10, Jason Sapsin, FaegreBD counsel An FDA-focused presentation and discussion of critical topics in food safety and developments on the enforcement and compliance fronts.
  • Business Case for Food Safety, Alyssa Rebensdorf, FaegreBD counsel A discussion of significant recalls and criminal enforcement actions, with a particular focus on the costs of non-compliance.

A cocktail reception will follow the presentations. We look forward to seeing you there!
