IFA Franchise Business Network Luncheon
The Business Case for Strong Franchisee Engagement: It's All About Leadership (Franchisor and Franchisee)
Golden Valley, MN
Overview
Please join us at the next gathering of the IFA’s Franchise Business Network-Minneapolis/St. Paul hosted by Faegre Baker Daniels.
The level of franchisee engagement in every franchise system affects whether that system will break through to the next level (regardless of where the system is). Most franchise systems have some franchisees who are very engaged, some who are somewhat engaged and some who are not engaged at all. Moving the needle in a positive direction matters, especially in today’s challenging and competitive business environment.
Steve Hockett, President of Great Clips, Inc., and Tam Kennedy, a multiunit Taco John’s owner and IFA Franchisee Forum board member, will join Brian Schnell from Faegre Baker Daniels in a robust discussion focused on franchisee engagement.
During our conversation, we will identify challenges and best practices in how to embrace, encourage and promote franchisee engagement as a cornerstone to effectively implement system change, minimize franchise disputes and drive overall unit-level economics.
Registration Fee: $35/person
Lunch is included in the registration fee.
