Overview

Harmony Mappes represents corporate, individual and governmental clients in state, federal and bankruptcy courts in complex business matters. She is an experienced and practical business litigator.

Harmony regularly represents clients in:

  • Bankruptcy litigation, including adversary proceedings
  • Non-compete/restrictive covenant cases
  • Trade secret disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Business torts
  • Finance litigation

Harmony guides clients through all stages of litigation, from a case's inception through the appellate process. Her experience includes seeking and defending preliminary injunctions, successful early dispositive motion practice and summary judgment briefing, as well as effectively managing complex, multi-party discovery. Harmony has first-chair experience in both state and federal court.
