Overview

When individuals face complex personal financial issues, Drew Soshnick is there to offer steady and effective counsel. Drew is a trial lawyer with broad experience representing high net worth business owners, executives, professionals, athletes, celebrities, public figures or their spouses in divorce and other family matters involving sophisticated valuation issues. Drew also actively advises clients in business disputes.

Drew helps clients with:

  • Valuing and dividing complex marital assets (including corporations, limited liability corporations, partnerships, professional practices and proprietorships)
  • Assessing and addressing business owner, executive, professional, athlete, celebrity and public figure compensation and benefits
  • Coordinating entity and individual tax analysis and planning
  • Tracing domestic and international assets
  • Drafting premarital and post-marital agreements
  • Advising as to contested child custody and child support proceedings

Drew collaborates closely with a vast array of Faegre Baker Daniels' corporate, financial services, entrepreneurial services, taxation, estate planning and real estate professionals to provide individuals comprehensive personal and business-oriented services.
