Franklin Electric defended a claim made by Esso against Franklin Fueling Systems U.K. and Franklin Fueling Systems France in the French courts. Our firm represented Franklin Electric in its defense.
The claim arose from the supply and installation of pipework which was allegedly faulty and caused fuel leakage at a number of sites throughout France.
