FaegreBD represented Jackson Development, LLC (Jackson) in its Prospect Street mixed-use redevelopment project in Indianapolis, Indiana. This $18 million redevelopment project involved the acquisition and zoning of an approximately 1.05-acre site located at the southwest corner of Prospect Street and Spruce Street in Indianapolis’s Fountain Square area. The development will include 94 apartment units and over 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The project will also involve approximately $3.5 million in economic incentives from the City.
