Overview

Jim Pfau represents borrowers, lenders (including administrative agents and arrangers) and other clients in a variety of complex financing and other commercial transactions, including senior secured and unsecured corporate credit facilities, supply-chain finance transactions, private equity lending, and commercial sales of goods and services. He focuses on the law of secured transactions, issues in syndicated lending, acquisition finance and agribusiness finance. Jim’s representation of borrowers and administrative agents in recent years has included individual credit facilities ranging from $2 million to $10 billion.
