Kevin Morrow counsels clients and litigates through product and environmental liability matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts on issues such as medical device, consumer product defect and toxic tort claims.
Gavin Quill specializes in financial services litigation, representing broker-dealers, investment advisors, insurance companies and commercial banks in both litigation and regulatory matters throughout the United States.
Tareen Zafrullah counsels and represents employers in labor and employment law matters, specializing in wage and hour issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and employee handbooks. In his counseling work, he has analyzed over 600 positions for exempt/non-exempt classification under the FLSA and has reviewed more than 100 employee handbooks.
Emma Vennesson counsels clients on national and international employment issues. She also represents them in litigation and in cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Angela Fogt counsels nonprofit organizations on governance, tax-compliance, grantmaking, and international outreach. She also advises companies on corporate philanthropy and charitable sales promotions.
John McIntire helps clients implement intellectual property strategies, specializing in patent drafting and prosecution, patent invalidity and non-infringement investigations and opinions.
Julie Wahlstrand represents clients in complex intellectual property litigation across various technologies, including disc drives, fiber optics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She helps companies navigate patent and intellectual property matters in federal courts throughout the country as well as before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Claire Zhao advises multinational companies in PRC labor and employment matters, including support of mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions.
